The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an asset purchase and sale agreement dated July 24, 2014, between Caiterra International Energy Corp. and Bowriver Development Canada Ltd., whereby Caiterra agreed to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in and to a total of 135.68 square kilometres of oil and gas leases located in northern and central Alberta. In consideration, the company will issue one million shares to Bowriver.
