The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Centenera Mining Corp.'s proposal to issue 1,428,570 bonus warrants to the following insiders in consideration of $200,000 in loans advanced to the company. The loans have a term of three years, bearing interest at the rate of 5 per cent per year. The bonus warrants are exercisable at 14 cents per share for three years.
