CONDOR REPORTS ON ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Condor Resources Inc. has released the results of its annual general meeting, held on Aug. 19, 2015.

Prior to the meeting, Patrick Burns advised the board he was withdrawing his consent to act as a director in order to pursue other interests. As a result, the shareholders elected Robert Boyd, Lyle Davis, Paul Larkin, Graham Scott and Francisco de Undurraga as directors for the next year.

"On behalf of the board, we wish to thank Mr. Burns for his contributions to the company over the last nine years as founder and director, and to wish him well with his future endeavours," stated Mr. Davis, president.
