COMPUTER MODELLING GROUP DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Computer Modelling Group Ltd. has declared a dividend of 10 cents per common share. The dividend will be paid on Dec. 14, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 6, 2018.

All dividends paid by Computer Modelling Group to holders of common shares in the capital of the company will be treated as eligible dividends within the meaning of such term in Section 89(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), unless otherwise indicated.
