COMPUTER MODELLING GROUP ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

At Computer Modelling Group Ltd.'s annual meeting of shareholders held earlier today, all of the nominees listed in the company's management information circular dated May 23, 2018, were elected as directors of Computer Modelling. The detailed results of the votes are set out in the attached table.
