CIBC DECLARES DIVIDENDS

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's board of directors declared a dividend of $1.03 per share on common shares for the quarter ending Jan. 31, 2015, payable on Jan. 28, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 29, 2014.

Class A preferred shares

The board of directors also declared the following dividends per share.

For the quarter ending Jan. 31, 2015, payable on Jan. 28, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 29, 2014:

Series 27:  35 cents

Series 29:  33.75 cents

Series 39:  24.375 cents
