Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on June 14, 2018, Canada Strategic Metals Inc. has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-4.16-old basis, and the name of Canada Strategic Metals has been changed from Canada Strategic Metals to Quebec Precious Metals Corp.

Effective at the opening of business on Thursday, July 5, 2018, the common shares of Quebec Precious Metals will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Canada Strategic Metals will be delisted.
