CANADA STRATEGIC METALS ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Canada Strategic Metals Inc. is currently arranging a non-brokered private placement for up of $500,000 consisting in:

• Private placement of unit common shares.

The company is proposing to issue five million common share units at a cost of 10 cents per unit. Each unit includes one common share at a price of 10 cents per share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant of the corporation. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the corporation for a period of 24 months at a price of 15 cents per share.

Finder's fees of 8 per cent of the gross proceeds of the offering may be paid in cash and in non-transferrable finder's warrants.

The above-mentioned private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
