The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the amendment in the exercise price of the following warrants.

Original expiry date:  Nov. 8, 2014

New expiry date:  Nov. 8, 2015

Exercise price:  10 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2.05 million common shares with 2.05 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 8, 2012.
