CANADA STRATEGIC METALS ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENTS

Canada Strategic Metals Inc. is currently arranging a non-brokered private placement for up of $1-million.

The company is proposing to issue 10 million common share units at a cost of 10 cents per unit. Each unit includes one common share at a price of 10 cents per share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of the corporation. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the corporation for a period of 24 months at a price of 15 cents per share.

Finder's fees of 7 per cent of the gross proceeds of the offering may be paid in cash and in non-transferrable finder's fees warrants.

The above-mentioned private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
