Mr. Jean-Sebastien Lavallee of Canadian Strategic reports

CANADA STRATEGIC METALS COMPLETE 11 DRILLHOLES PROGRAM AT THE SAKAMI GOLD PROJECT AND HIT MINERALIZED ZONE IN EVERY HOLE

Canada Strategic Metals Inc. and Matamec Explorations Inc. have completed a drilling program that began in March at the Sakami gold project.

The program was aimed at increasing the size of the main gold zone (zone 25) to the west-northwest as well as its extension at depth. Zone 25 is in the La Pointe sector of the Sakami property. Now that the program is complete, zone 25 has been tested over a strike length of more than 200 metres and to depth of over 450 metres along its plunge. To date, the zone 25 has been test to a vertical depth of 250 metres. The holes are spaced at 50 metres. A map of the new holes can be found on Canada Strategic's website.

Eleven diamond drill holes have been completed during the campaign. All the holes intersected zone 25, with widths ranging from 7.30 to 22.95 metres. The mineralized intersections consist of a silicified biotite paragneiss containing 1 per cent to 7 per cent with locally up to 10 per cent pyrite-arsenopyrite.

All the core has been logged and sampled, and has been be sent to the laboratory for assaying. The company will release the assay results as soon as they are received and compiled. The table contains previous drill results.

Length is core length; the company estimates the true width
of the mineralized zone at 80 per cent to 95 per cent of the
core length.

The 2014 drilling program was managed by Consul-Teck Exploration of Val d'Or, Que., which designed the drilling campaign, supervised the program, and logged and sampled the core.

Consul-Teck Exploration implemented quality assurance/quality control procedures to ensure best practices in core sampling and analysis. The drill core was logged and then split, with one-half sent for assay and the other retained in the core box as a witness sample. Duplicates, standards and blanks were inserted regularly into the sample stream.

The samples in secure tagged bags were delivered directly to the analytical facility for analysis. In this case, the analytical facility was the Bourlamaque Ltee. laboratory in Val d'Or, Que. The samples are weighed and identified prior to sample preparation. All samples are analyzed by fire assay with AA finish on a 30-gram sample (0.01 to 10 parts per million gold), with a gravimetric finish for assays over 10 ppm Au.

Jean-Sebastien Lavallee (OGQ No. 773), geologist, shareholder, president and chief executive officer of the company, qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical content of this release.
