COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL DECLARES SEMI-ANNUAL DIVIDEND ON COMMON SHARES

Colliers International Group Inc. has declared a semi-annual cash dividend on the outstanding subordinate voting shares and multiple voting shares of Colliers of five U.S. cents per common share. This dividend is in accordance with the dividend policy of Colliers. The dividend is payable on July 9, 2019, to holders of common shares of record at the close of business on June 28, 2019. The dividend is an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
