CHORUS AVIATION INC. ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND WELCOMES MARGARET CLANDILLON TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Chorus Aviation Inc. has released the results pertaining to the vote on the election of directors at its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 4, 2018, in Dartmouth, N.S.
The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person (and by proxy) at the meeting was 40,087,777, representing 31.97 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding shares with voting rights. Holders of the requisite number of shares voted in favour of all items of business. The company's proxy circular provided for nine nominees to the board of directors. Detailed results of the vote are as follows.
