Champion Iron Mines Ltd. will delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close on Monday, March 31, 2014, according to the TSX. The TSX reports Mamba Minerals Ltd. is acquiring all of Champion Iron Mines' outstanding shares. On the closing of the acquisition, Mamba will change its name to Champion Iron Ltd. and begin trading on the TSX. The exchange will halt trading in Champion Iron Mines' shares at the open on March 31, 2014.
