CHEMTRADE LOGISTICS INCOME FUND DECLARES APRIL 2019 DISTRIBUTION

Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund will pay a cash distribution of 10 cents per unit for the month of April, 2019, on May 31, 2019, to unitholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2019.

Holders of units who are non-residents of Canada will be required to pay all withholding taxes payable in respect of any distributions of income by the fund.
