CHANGFENG ENERGY INC. ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF CONTINUANCE INTO BRITISH COLUMBIA

Changfeng Energy Inc. has completed its continuance into the provincial jurisdiction of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) from the federal jurisdiction of the Canada Business Corporations Act. The continuance took effect on June 18, 2018. The continuance was previously approved by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company at the special meeting of shareholders of the company held on Jan. 23, 2017.

Copies of the certificate of continuance, the notice of articles and the articles of the company have been filed under the company's profile on SEDAR.
