CANACCORD GENUITY GROUP INC. - REPORT ON VOTING RESULTS; ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 6, 2014

Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. has released (in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements) the voting results from its annual general meeting of common shareholders held on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put before the meeting, including the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditor of the company for the ensuing year, authorizing the directors to fix its remuneration, setting the number of directors at nine, and the election as directors of all nominees proposed by management as set out in the attached table.
