CERUS GRANTS INCENTIVE OPTIONS

Cerus Energy Group Ltd. will issue 2.15 million incentive share options. The options will be issued to various directors, management and consultants of the company for their valued service. The options will be set with an exercise price of 14 cents per share and will have a term of five years.

The completion of the granting of the incentive options remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
