COMMERCE RESOURCES CORP. AND ALEXANDER KRUPIN SIGN MOU FOR PROCESSING OF UPPER FIR MATERIAL FROM BLUE RIVER PROJECT, BC

Commerce Resources Corp. has executed a memorandum of understanding with Alexander Krupin for the purpose of integrating feedstock from Commerce Resources' Upper Fir tantalum and niobium deposit in British Columbia with the proprietary separation process developed by Mr. Krupin.

Under the terms of the MOU, Commerce Resources will provide a one-metric-tonne sample of Upper Fir deposit material to Mr. Krupin's facility in Estonia for the purposes of evaluating the process and its applicability in processing the feedstock material to independent tantalum and niobium products.

It is expected that this sample of material from the Upper Fir deposit will be received in Estonia in the next several weeks and processing work will begin immediately.

Commerce Resources president Chris Grove stated: "We are excited by this opportunity to work with and supply material to Alexander Krupin for testwork using his novel processing technology in Estonia. Alexander has a long and significant history in metallurgy, and we are very interested to see the results from this demonstration of his new technology on our Upper Fir deposit feedstock from our Blue River project here in British Columbia."

His overall professional experience is more than 35 years of work in this field, including more than 15 years of production experience in processing high-grade tantalum and niobium ore concentrates. His research activities have developed new technologies for the chemical upgrading of low-grade tantalum and niobium ore concentrates.
