The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated March 25, 2019, between two vendors, Benoit Boudreault and Johanne Duval, and Bonterra Resources Inc., whereby the company has been granted an option to acquire a mining claim located in the Urban Barry camp, Quebec. The consideration payable is $75,000 and 25,000 shares payable over a two-year period to each vendor as to 50 per cent.
