BONTERRA RESOURCES INC. - APPOINTMENT OF CORPORATE SECRETARY

Bonterra Resources Inc. has appointed Anik Gendron to the position of corporate secretary.

Ms. Gendron holds a bachelor of science in economics and a bachelor of law, both from the University of Montreal, and is a member of the Bar of Quebec. She has held various positions as in-house counsel for several small-sized and mid-sized businesses, namely publicly traded companies in the mining and technology sector.

Greg Gibson, interim chief executive officer, states, "I would like to welcome Anik onboard as Bonterra's corporate secretary and thank Carrie Cesarone on behalf of our board of directors for providing assistance through the recent transition."
