BITRUSH CORP. PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

The special committee of the board of directors of Bitrush Corp. is providing the following update to shareholders.

Further to previous updates regarding the special committee's efforts to protect the business and operations of Bitrush, a motion has been scheduled at the Commercial Court in Toronto seeking the following relief:

• An order validating service of the motion record and the amended notice of application on Elfriede Sixt, a former accountant of Bitrush;
• An order granting leave to serve Mr. Sixt with documents in this proceeding by e-mail;
• An order granting leave to the applicants to amend the notice of application to add Mr. Sixt as a respondent;
• An interim order that Werner Boehm, Alfred Dobias, MezzaCap Investments Ltd. and Mr. Sixt deliver or cause to be delivered forthwith to Bitrush the corporate assets and property of Bitrush and its subsidiaries that continue to be within their possession or control;
• An interim order that Mr. Dobias, MezzaCap Investments Ltd. and Mr. Sixt cease dealing with Bitrush's assets.

The motion has been scheduled for April 12, 2017.

Readers are reminded that all news releases on the Bitrush(.co) website since December, 2016, were posted by Mr. Boehm and should be ignored in their entirety.

With regard to the matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice -- Commercial List and as previously announced, a court order has been issued against Mr. Boehm to return all company assets in his possession or control, cease dealing with company assets, communicating with Bitrush's customers, or holding himself out as an officer or director of the company or its subsidiaries. The application has been rescheduled for April 21, 2017, to provide the respondents additional time to respond to the application record filed by the company.

Readers are reminded that the only official Bitrush website is located at www.Bitrush.com and that the company's AdBit's website is www.Adbit.biz and that the Anoon website is now www.Anoon.com. Bitrush.co, Adbit.co and Anoon.co remain under the unlawful control and operation of Mr. Boehm, are not affiliated with the company, and should be disregarded entirely.

The company's securities remain subject to the cease-trade order imposed by the Ontario Securities Commission on Dec. 2, 2016 (see news release dated Dec. 2, 2016).
