Big Rock Brewery Inc. has released its newest Signature series brew, Dunkelweizen.

In the Prairies, they never tire of celebrating that they are surrounded by some of the finest wheat and two-row barley in the world. It's not surprising, then, that the company felt irresistibly drawn to producing a beer that would highlight some of the variety and complexity of flavours that can be drawn out of these humble cereal crops.

The obvious choice for such a brew is the Dunkelweizen, a rich, Bavarian style of dark wheat ale that is perfectly suited to bring forth the distinct tastes and aromas of the five malts the company selected for this recipe.
