Big Rock Brewery Inc. will list an additional 695,000 shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Thursday, April 10, 2014, according to the TSX. As in an April 2, 2014, short form prospectus, the company plans to sell 695,000 shares to the public at $17 each, raising $11,815,000. It has granted the underwriters an overallotment option to buy up to 104,250 more shares at the same price for 30 days from the closing of the offering. The company plans to use the money raised for construction and associated launch costs of the previously announced brewery and restaurant in British Columbia, for further geographical expansion and growth opportunities, and for working capital.
