SCOTIABANK ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank) shareholders elected all the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated Feb. 6, 2018, as directors of the bank. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at its annual meeting of shareholders earlier today (April 10, 2018) in Toronto, Ont., are set out in the following table.
