SCOTIABANK AND CARDTRONICS RENEW 7-ELEVEN CANADA ABM AGREEMENT

Cardtronics and Bank of Nova Scotia have signed a long-term renewal of the companies' automated banking machine (ABM) branding relationship in Canada. The agreement provides Scotiabank customers with no-fee cash access at more than 640 Scotiabank-branded ABMs located at 7-Eleven Canada stores across the country. This renewed agreement includes an additional 130 locations in British Columbia and Alberta that have been added to 7-Eleven Canada's footprint in recent months.

The renewed agreement extends a relationship established in 2010 across Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico, which expands the bank's ABM footprint, enhances market reach and provides extended no-fee ABM cash access to its customers at more than 950 ABMs.

Cardtronics, the exclusive provider of ABM services to 7-Eleven Canada stores since 2012, entered into a new, long-term ABM services agreement with the convenience store operator earlier this year.

Scotiabank customers can find the nearest participating no-fee ABM using the Scotiabank branch and ABM locator. Scotiabank vice-president of physical distribution and in-branch technology James Popalis said:
