1832 ASSET MANAGEMENT L.P. ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO THE CUSTODIAN OF SCOTIA PRIVATE OPTIONS INCOME POOL

Effective on or about June 24, 2015, State Street Trust Company Canada will become the custodian of Bank of Nova Scotia's Scotia Private Options Income Pool. State Street manages other mutual funds managed by the manager of the fund, 1832 Asset Management LP, with similar investment objectives and strategies.
