BERKWOOD ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF 3D MODEL

Berkwood Resources Ltd. has released for public reviewing its 3-D rendering of a preliminary geological model for its Lac Gueret zone 1 graphite discovery. The preliminary model is based upon 4,006 metres of wireline core drilling undertaken over three campaigns of work by the company in 2017 and 2018. The model has been constructed to assist the company with planning for a Mise-a-la-Masse (MALM) electromagnetic (EM) geophysical survey and a campaign of further drilling with a view to extending the known mineralization and geological constraints at Lac Gueret zone 1. The company anticipates and intends for the next campaign of drilling to furnish the data and knowledge required for the preparation of a reportable graphite resource report. The company is targeting a reportable resource sufficient for the preparation of a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) report.

The preliminary model may be viewed as part of a narrated review presentation by the company's chief executive officer, Tom Yingling.

Viewers should note that the model is as still open to the east and northeast of the zone 1 area of discovery, and the company anticipates that modest extension of the know mineralization along strike on the easterly and northeasterly directions. The company has completed preparation for its MALM surveys (refer to the news release of Aug. 23, 2018) for which the field component is presently expected to complete by mid-October.

Edward Lyons, PGeo (British Columbia, Quebec, Newfoundland), is a qualified person under the definition of Canadian National Instrument 43-101, and has approved the technical information in this news release. Mr. Lyons has worked extensively on the Lac Gueret property, now owned by Mason, and neighbouring graphite properties since 2000.
