The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with a share purchase agreement dated Feb. 26, 2018, with Mario Pezzenete and Victor Cantore whereby Berkwood Resources Ltd. will acquire 1137794 B.C. Ltd., the sole asset of which is a package of claims located in the Lac Gueret area of Quebec. Consideration is $25,000 and 2.8 million common shares, of which two million shares will be issued to Mr. Pezzenete and 800,000 common shares will be issued to Mr. Cantore.
