The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation an asset purchase agreement dated April 23, 2018, between Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. and Delaney, Wise & Associates Ltd., whereby Barkerville has acquired 12 minerals claims located in the Cariboo gold district of British Columbia. The consideration is $300,000 and three million common shares.
