The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with an asset purchase agreement dated Jan. 25, 2018, between Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. and the estate of Evan Williams (by its executor, Michelle Hayes) whereby the company has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in certain mining claims located in the Caribou mining division, British Columbia. The consideration is $400,000 and 660,000 common shares.
