BELMONT GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Belmont Resources Inc. has granted incentive stock options to certain consultants of the company to purchase a total of two million common shares of the company at a price of five cents per common share for a period of one year.

The stock options are subject to the terms of the company's stock option plan and regulatory approval.
