The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that BCE Inc.'s cumulative redeemable first preferred shares, Series Z, will pay on a quarterly basis, for the five-year period from and including Dec. 1, 2017, to and including Nov. 30, 2022, as and when declared by the board of directors, a fixed cash dividend based on an annual dividend rate of 3.904 per cent. According to the TSX, there will be 1,918,509 Series Z shares issued and outstanding as of Dec. 1, 2017, taking into account all Series Z preferred shares to be converted into cumulative redeemable first preferred shares, Series Y, and all Series Y preferred shares to be converted into Series Z preferred shares.
