The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that BCE Inc.'s cumulative redeemable first preferred shares, Series Y, will continue to pay a monthly floating adjustable cash dividend for the five-year period starting on Dec. 1, 2017, as and when declared by the board. According to the TSX, there will be 8,081,491 Series Y shares issued and outstanding as of Dec. 1, 2017, taking into account all Series Y preferred shares to be converted into cumulative redeemable first preferred shares, Series Z, and all Series Z preferred shares to be converted into Series Y preferred shares.
