The newsletter said buy Balmoral seven times between April 4, 2013, and July 19, 2017, at prices ranging from 46 cents to $1.15. Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each of the seven buys, the $7,000 holding is worth $4,428. The buy comes without elaboration.
