The newsletter said buy Balmoral six times between April 4, 2013, and Dec. 20, 2016, at prices ranging from 46 cents to $1.15. Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each of the six buys, the $6,000 holding is worth $5,460. The buy comes without elaboration.
