BALMORAL ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM 2016 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Balmoral Resources Ltd. has released the voting results from its 2016 annual general meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver, B.C., on Friday, June 24, 2016.

At the meeting, the company's shareholders re-elected the nominees shown in the table as directors of the company, with all receiving a majority of the votes cast. Balmoral's shareholders also reappointed the company's current auditor, Smythe LLP, chartered professional accountants, as auditor of the company for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2016, and authorized the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration. The shareholders also reapproved the company's stock option plan, and unallocated options, rights and other entitlements. Results of the vote for the election of directors held at the meeting are set out in the table.
