BALMORAL ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Balmoral Resources Ltd. has released voting results from its 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver, B.C., on Friday, June 12, 2015.

At the meeting, the company's shareholders re-elected the nominees shown in the table as directors of the company, with all receiving a majority of the votes cast. Balmoral's shareholders also reappointed the company's current auditor, Smythe Ratcliffe LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditor of the company for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2015, and authorized the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration.

Results of the vote for the election of directors held at the annual general meeting are set out in the table.
