The International Speculator, in its April 22, 2015, issue, says buy Balmoral Resources Ltd. at 92 cents, officially, "Buy first tranche." The newsletter said buy Balmoral four times between April 4, 2013, and Dec. 5, 2014, at prices ranging from 46 cents to $1.15. Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each of the four buys, the $4,000 holding is worth $6,485. The writer says Balmoral greatly extended the Grasset nickel discovery in Quebec and has gold drill results pending. He believes the stock is a decent speculation and "on sale."
