Brien Lundin, in the September, 2014, edition of the Gold Newsletter, refreshes his buy of Balmoral Resources Corp., recently $1.45. Mr. Lundin said buy Balmoral in September, 2014, at $1.54. A $1,000 investment at $1.54 is now worth $941. The company recently released assays from eight holes drilled on its Grasset nickel-copper-platinum target, part of the company's 700-square-kilometre Detour trend project in Quebec. Mr. Lundin describes the assays as encouraging and he also notes that the sulphide style of mineralization that produced the encouraging holes is known for its tendency to occur in bunches. The newsletter editor tells his readers that the prospect of multiple sulphide zones, combined with encouraging geophysical data, bodes well for more drilling at Grasset. The company plans to add a second drill at Grasset this fall. Balmoral is also waiting for results from a 20-hole, 6,500-metre drilling program conducted on the nearby Martiniere property. Mr. Lundin says visual inspection of the core from this program indicates the mineralization at the Bug Lake gold zone could extend to the north by another 240 metres. The newsletter editor concludes that the company's large property position in Quebec makes it a compelling exploration story.
