Brien Lundin, in the July, 2014, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says buy Balmoral Resources Ltd., recently $1.54. This is the first time Mr. Lundin has recommended Balmoral, which he hopes will be a lucrative takeover target. The company has properties in the Abitibi region of Ontario and Quebec. Its main asset is the Detour gold trend project, which covers about 700 square kilometres. At the Grasset property, which is a part of the Detour project, the company has already intersected mineralization for 840 metres along strike and to a depth of 400 metres. Mr. Lundin says the company recently started a drilling program at Grasset, and this summer it also plans to conduct both ground and airborne geophysical surveys on the property. Elsewhere on the Detour project, the company plans to start another drilling program on its Martiniere high-grade gold property. Mr. Lundin also notes that Balmoral has plenty of money in its treasury, with a working capital of $11.9-million. He concludes that the company is well positioned to develop both Grasset and Martiniere, and the company should have plenty of news flow this year. He concludes Balmoral could easily become a takeout target and is a strong buy.
