Mr. Schiefelbein joined Badger in 2014 and since that time has implemented a number of initiatives to strengthen Badger's internal and external financial reporting, improve investor communications and build out the finance organization to support continuing business growth. To assist in a successful transition, Mr. Schiefelbein will continue in his current role while a search for a new chief financial officer is undertaken. "Badger has benefited from Jerry's efforts over the past five years, during which the finance organization successfully supported the company's strong growth," said Paul Vanderberg, president and chief executive officer. "Jerry has built a talented team which continues to improve Badger's systems and procedures as part of the common business platform initiative. We appreciate his leadership and contributions to Badger."
