BADGER DAYLIGHTING LTD. OCTOBER 2018 CASH DIVIDEND AND UPCOMING EVENTS

Badger Daylighting Ltd. has declared its October, 2018, cash dividend. The company has provided an update on upcoming events.

October, 2018, cash dividend

Badger Daylighting has declared a cash dividend for the month of October, 2018, of 4.5 cents per share, which equates to 54 cents per share on an annualized basis. The dividend payment will be made on or about Nov. 15, 2018, to shareholders of record on Oct. 31, 2018.

Badger Daylighting expects that the dividend will be an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes and, therefore, qualify for the enhanced gross-up and tax credit regime for certain shareholders.

Third quarter 2018 results and conference call

Badger Daylighting expects to release its 2018 third quarter results on Monday, Nov. 12, 2018, after the close of market trading. A conference call and webcast for investors, analysts, brokers and media representatives to discuss the third quarter 2018 results is scheduled for 9 a.m. MT on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018.
