BADGER DAYLIGHTING LTD. JULY 2018 CASH DIVIDEND AND UPCOMING EVENTS

Badger Daylighting Ltd. has declared its July, 2018, cash dividend and has provided details on upcoming events.

July, 2018, cash dividend

Badger today announced that the directors of Badger declared a cash dividend for the month of July, 2018, of 4.5 cents per share, which equates to 54 cents per share on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about Aug. 15, 2018, to shareholders of record on July 31, 2018.

Badger expects that the dividend will be an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes and thus qualify for the enhanced gross-up and tax credit regime for certain shareholders.

Upcoming release of second quarter 2018 earnings and conference call

Badger expects to release its second quarter 2018 results on Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, prior to markets opening. A conference call and webcast for investors, analysts, brokers and media representatives to discuss the second quarter 2018 results is scheduled for 9 a.m. MT on Monday, Aug. 13, 2018.
