BADGER DAYLIGHTING LTD. DECEMBER CASH DIVIDEND

Badger Daylighting Ltd. has declared its December, 2017, cash dividend.

Badger's directors have declared a cash dividend for the month of December, 2017, of 3.8 cents per share, which equates to 45.6 cents per share on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about Jan. 15, 2018, to shareholders of record on Dec. 31, 2017. Badger expects that the dividends will be eligible dividends for Canadian income tax purposes and thus qualify for the enhanced gross-up and tax credit regime for certain shareholders.
