BADGER DAYLIGHTING LTD. MAY CASH DIVIDEND

Badger Daylighting Ltd. has declared a cash dividend for the month of May of 3.3 cents per share, representing 39.6 cents per share on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about June 15, 2017, to shareholders of record on May 31, 2017.

Badger expects that the dividends will be eligible dividends for income tax purposes, and thus qualify for the enhanced gross-up and tax credit regime for certain shareholders.
