Bell Aliant to delist from TSX Oct. 31

Bell Aliant Inc. will delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on Friday, Oct. 31, 2014, according to the TSX. As in an Oct. 14, 2014, BCE Inc./Bell Aliant news release, BCE expects to close its acquisition of all the Bell Aliant shares it did not already own on Oct. 31, 2014. BCE is taking Bell Aliant private.
