ARITZIA REPORTS ON VOTING RESULTS FROM THE 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The annual general meeting of shareholders of Aritzia Inc. was held in Vancouver, B.C., on July 10, 2018. Each of the matters voted upon at the meeting is discussed in detail in the company's management information circular dated May 25, 2018, which can be found on the company's investor relations website.

Per Toronto Stock Exchange reporting requirements, the company wishes to disclose that the total number of votes cast by shareholders in person and by proxy at the meeting was 605,480,474 votes. The voting in relation to the election of directors was conducted by way of ballot at the meeting. According to the proxies received and such vote by ballot, the results were as shown in the attached table.

Each of the other matters put forward before shareholders for consideration and approval at the meeting, as described in the circular, was duly approved by the requisite number of votes.

The company has filed a report of voting results on all resolutions voted on at the meeting on SEDAR.
