ALTAI ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

At Altai Resources Inc.'s annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 18, 2019, in Toronto, Dr. Niyazi Kacira, Dr. Mehmet F. Taner, Jeffrey S. Ackert, Raymond Savoie and Maria Au were elected as directors of the company.

At the meeting, MS Partners LLP was appointed as auditor of the company.
