Brien Lundin, in the September, 2017, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says buy Atac Resources Ltd., recently 76 cents. He previously said buy three times from August, 2013, to November, 2014, at prices ranging from 46 cents to $1.23. He then said sell in August, 2015, at 40 cents. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the three buys, selling the $3,000 position at 40 cents yielded a loss of $1,535. Mr. Lundin said buy back into the stock in August, 2016, at 92 cents. A $1,000 investment then is now worth $825. Atac has been exploring the Osiris project within its Rackla gold property in the Yukon. The property is in an area that has produced high-grade gold similar to that found in Nevada's Carlin trend (a fact that has not gone unnoticed by Nevada-loving major Barrick Gold, which has a farm-in agreement covering part of Atac's Rackla). Recent highlights from drilling at Osiris included 12.5 metres of 20.78 grams per tonne gold, 16.76 metres of 8.59 g/t gold and 67.06 metres of 3.35 g/t gold. Mr. Lundin marvels at these results, describing them (twice) as "eye-popping." He is moving Atac into the buy category in expectation of further good news from the continuing drill program.
